I'm more than likely one of metro apps for desktop few people but i want my metro desktop back i really like it, would be great if there was an option to have Win10 in either desktop or metro and not have it metro apps for desktop for you like Win8.

I'm of the opposite view and prefer the desktop so an option as you suggest might seem appropriate. Yeah, for the last few years i've moved away from using my pc as a pc to more of a Media center and with having an xbox i've been used to the metro type interface so Win8 wasn't so difficult to use and i got used to it quickly.

Right click the task bar and select properties, go to the start menu tab and uncheck use start menu instead of start screen.
